The process could not be simpler! We will email you an easy step-by-step questionnaire that allows us to better understand your space and your decorating must-haves. It’ll give you a chance to describe your needs, like: “living room with storage solutions for my kids’ toys” or “a comfy TV-watching area with corner office space” or “a sophisticated dining room with bar corner”. It also allows us to understand your design style, like: “Sleek and Modern” or “Eclectic and Comfortable” or “Bohemian with Bold Colors”, as well as your budget. We will also ask you for some room measurements as well as some photos of the spaces that you want to have redecorated.

We will set up a video call or traditional voice call with you to go over all your needs. This call typically lasts between 30 minutes and an hour and is an opportunity to ensure that we fully understand your decorating needs.

Within 3 weeks of our call, we’ll send you your fully personalized decorating plan. This includes the perfect floor plan for your room with decorating and storage solutions as well as quick-fixes for any of your problem areas. It offers everything from color advice to artwork picks to suggested curtains and blinds, to lighting solutions, rug choices and more. Included is also a list of all the furniture and decor items that we feel you need in order to create the perfect look for your space. Simply click on the itemized list and it will take you directly to the vendors’ websites where you can purchase everything that you need. We also give you snapshots of your 3D floor plan and photo renderings of how your finished space will look so that you know exactly where to place all your new items. You also get a mood board that lays out all the items so that you can see what all the items look like together and so that you know exactly what to buy.

Once you have your personalized decorating package, you decide whether to make your purchases all at once and redecorate everything in one fell swoop or whether to take your time and space out your room transformation. Some of our clients buy everything immediately and create their perfect look within a few days. Others decide to buy little by little and gradually work towards creating the space they’ve always dreamed of.
Once you have completed your room transformation we offer a 30-minute follow-up call or video chat with our lead decorator so that you can share your “Big Reveal” with her and ask her for any follow-up advice to fine-tune your space.
